Mothers Choice Products is the exclusive distributor in Canada for Ameda Breastfeeding Products, TensCare, PumpEase, Prenatal Ease, Dimpleskins Naturals and Sterifeed products. All shipments originate from our warehouse in Richmond BC, and any problems or warranty issues will be responded to as quickly as possible. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the original saleable condition. Refunds and returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

Breast pumps and TensCare Devices are considered Class II medical devices and are non-returnable unless they are unopened and the safety seal is intact.  Each pump and device comes with a warranty specific to the product and if there are any issues experienced, please contact our customer service department for troubleshooting and potential replacement at 1-800-604-6225.

Refunds and returns must be authorized. If you send back an unauthorized return, the package will be returned to you at your cost. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and and RA number from customer service, who will also provide you with details on how to return the product.
